Suggestion A good Strategy .please help to turn it to EA

Good Day my friends.
anyone can help to turn my working strategy to EA ?!

its simple and effective and consists of built-in indicators

indicators are
MAE 62
RSI 14
1- to buy the price must be above MAE and RSI 70 (target 10 points )
2- to sell the price must be under MAE and RSI 30 (target 10 points )
any time frame
any pairs

in the ea should be there is sl but because its small target so usually im not using sl .eather get the target or exit the position manualy
