Is there a manual (pdf) that explains how works the rebate, to put the best configuration of EA in order of the money of the account?

The account is growing, but the floating data is alwais negative-... If I want to caught my profits It could be dangerous for the account I think...for example if I withdraw 500$ the Equity goes to 2500 and if the free margin goes down or put in negative...
