Kindly find attached an indicator. It is to be traded on 5min and applied to 15min as the trend. So it trades on the agreement between 5 mins and 15 mins. However I have come to realized that it may be a Bollinger band indicator. So can you code a scalper EA with basic bollinger band settings...

The problem is people who use it. The outer bands are for you to see the squeeze or possible over sale and anticipate a possible breakout or contraction. The confirmation is and always the middle band which is based on SMA and SMA close never repaints as far as I know.
