It's not about known everything, but I've seen another hedging EA and get some experience. Currency pairs has years stable correlations, but XAUUSD very risky in our times, because now it's mega correlated and shows mega profit only from f****g Trump and Powell printing money and speculators...

I suppose you should do "exponential stop loss" in new version :)

I recommend don't use it with default groups set - results is shown above. It's not 1.23 best - idea still the same, it's all about chosen pairs.

Yep, this EA required some form of equity guardian, but author don't want to add new features. It's perfect to him, you must use hand, head and other tools.

I read thread-marks, but not quite follow how stop losing hard and long earned money just in one day on "big" trending move or marketmaker/broker plays? Manually looking for news and stopping adviser? That strange, because "news" option will be major and prime option you wont miss like good...

I think here logic like other "true" hedging EA. Positive or negative mathematics correlation and calculation of delta which expanded and collapsed to make money. But Corti working in basket mode vs usual two pair mode. Plus special way for lot size for more stability and best profit, not usual...

It's geometrical preview like on screen: (1) delayed stop order buy signal sell + order sell - when price moving down nothing to do, only cancel "stop order buy" when tp, sl, expired bars, new signal and etc -...

Maybe if you like mathematics you should use statistical formulas for calculate correlation? For example - every XX bars EA recalculate correlation coefficient between pairs and use it in basket trading. It will be more dynamical for market condition.

Yeah, right! They always do the same - cent account and profit the same - cents, but sell signal for real and full dollars. Specially greedy one do it with no withdrawals and naming it betatesting :worried: Calculate yourself - initial deposit 50000 usd on cent account is 500 usd in real world...

Sorry, forget just one another "recommend" :) - new option "Hedge" when with "buy" and "sell" signals opened normal (signal way) and delayed orders (buy stop and sell stop) in opposite direction, which complete or delete in case of tp/sl/cos. It's for minimize losses.
