It is same issue with TitanX: backtest of Reverse operation shows no issue, but Reverse in Live is not working together with Forward operation. I hope Mr Tanaka hasn't put this in the "too hard" basket and will not fix it. At the very least, perhaps migrating TitanX to new template will resolve...

I suffered same issue on my Demo JUST NOW. I became aware when broker sent me a hyperactivity warning email because of the server spamming. I don't know why this issue occurs exactly: Is it a broker end issue, where the account / EA is unable to connect order to the market? Is it an EA issue...

It is tick scalper: take a look at duration of trades, some as quick as 8 seconds. This can only be achieved in Demo or backtest. Not feasible in Real for most people due to slippage and latency. You would have to be doing arbitrage.
