problem in that ea is that there is no "Risk Management" where you can choose how much to risk.

Default. Just use proper risk level.

I think need monitoring the trades. Usually they go in profit withing 30-60mins. If they are not profitable during this time frame better close manually with small lose to avoid bigger DD.

Yes, they are from feb.14 and still have 3 open orders in DD (the other get close during these days)

yes, i see. However usually the EA's working with all builds. (I have EA's from 10 years ago still working) So, the "Workaround" is, of course, have the EA's who working with the new build. It seems they are now made to work only up to a specific build version. Or May i am wrong? if so, then who...

Yes and no any version does work. (even the claimed ver.3.8 does not work anymore)

So, as a lot of traders note that after the update of MT4 to build 1403 the EA's without DLL (or maybe also with DLL) Just stopped working, I would like to ask if someone have a workaround for this problem. Thanks

Just ask because soeme ea's do not run anymore on Win 2012 r2 (I dont know the reason)
