why the ea not op for every signals arrows ea only op for some signals only not every signals

I mean make this EA whit just halftrend indicator no MA filter and EA Order by halftrend arrows ,close at opposite signal then make new order Whit This we dont need to do manual trading whit halftrend indicator I hope you understand what Iam saying (sorry for my bad english)
