Hi Pete, Why not give yourself a chance to see whether working on the MT4 font size and scaling will solve your problems? In the compatibility tab you can manipulate or adjust scaling behaviour.

It doesn't looks like any problem with the tools software but rather the settings on your MT4 properties for font and sizing. A possible solution is to re-size the histogram bars displayed by your MT4 and /or resize fonts to smaller. Good luck!
