This guy (yeKoRo) obviously has got no hobby. My observation reveals that he does not have what he wishes us. In all other cases he would not need to tag all posts as "funny". So I wish him to get a life for himself! So why feed him?

Yes! You have to put the EA onto the chart a few minutes before the event. There are several other (free!) EAs that can do it better (you type the news time into the settings OR it uses a news indicator and starts automatically).

What a joke! This simple EA can be coded by anybody with mediocre skills in MQL4. What a price! Ridiculous!

I use the default setting. Did you download the latest version (Threadmark)? Did you read the first post of this thread? I have not enough information about your trying. Are there error messages in the Experts-Tab?

In my demo it closed the eurchf with an opposite arrow. You can set the exit criteria in the EA. By default it is set to "oppodite arrow" or "touching the TMA" and no SL/TP. But you can try other exits.

I do not recommend trading this live. There maybe still some bugs. I use a demo with huge capital. But that is not necessary as it is no martingale and no grid. I think $500 would be enough.

Same here. I think the one explanation can be the fact that the indicator is repainting. The EA does not look for arrows but for line crossings in the opposite direction. Maybe there is a bug. But why is it closing correctly most of the other trades?

The original system is a manual system. This robot was made to automate it.

That looks very promising! I am happy but still very careful. Maybe it is a very good week. Maybe others will be losing. No, I am not pessimistic, hope to be a realist. Looking forward to someday have some (real) profits from forex. Hoping to gain the money back that I lost the last 10 years.

This is a sharing and helping community. The source code does not have any secrets. So I have no problem to share it here. If you can improve it, I will be happy!
