I can make 99.9 test but it's not possible to open EA in MT4..

but never trade more than 100 trading pairs, one pair is enough or just looking trading pair with highest volatility

Just to be sure. Where did you place DLL file? MQL4/Libraries?

 

You have to put it where mt4 terminal.exe is located, not in libraries.
Just "open file location" on your metatrader shortcut.

Some EA works ( or lets say is educated) only upon MT vers. 1320.
So maybe you need downgrade your MT4.
