simply...
make sure where your TF will go...
Green means buy, red means sell.

 

the entry signal is the overbought and oversold (stochastic) limit...
you don't have to use it as a benchmark....

 

is there a way to have an alert when the color changes?

You can see on the picture that this indicator is not profitable.
Don't waste your time on it!

 

Seems I am already familiar with this indicator, trend meter based on moving average
maybe helpful, but need concentration to watch color and price.
