Suggestion news filter indicator or EA ...etc to add on the side

Hi
does anyone know any news filter indicator or EA that can turn off and turn on news to add on the EA I have that have no news filter? and prefer that I can choose how many minutes and what kind of news(like only for all the speech news even low impact)..etc, and some of my EA have no magic number, so if the news filter no need magic number would be great!
I tired ICEFX news filter indicator, somehow I couldn't get it work, so if someone made it work, plz teach me

 

Here is the PDF, Its applies to most of the older and newer versions. Just read it and follow instructions step by step. ICEFX News Filter is what I use. It works flawlessly. I am not sure why you are having such a hard time with it.
