Suggestion Code Support & Resistance Arrow into An EA

Hello, I have a very good supply & demand indicator that I would like for you to code in to an EA. It is an arrow that appears when supply & demand lines are broken. Arrow Does NOT Repaint.

EA Rules;
Buy when Up Arrow appears.
Sell when Down Arrow appears.
Simple.

Parameters To Include
Take Profit
Stop Loss
Trailing Stop
Time Filter (Start Hour to End Hour)
Target Daily Pips; (When the EA accumulates xx amount of pips set by user, it will close all trades and resume trading the following day)

Okay try this Simple Indicator. Code it into an EA. MegaFX. If you backtest this indicator on GBPUSD H4 Timeframe. It looks promising. Please can you code an EA based on it?
