By bad, I thought "Start PSM After Trades" parameter worked with "Pip Step Multiplier" AND "Lot Size Multiplier". Anyway, it would be useful to have a "Start LSM After Trades" parameter...

Got it. PSM does not affect Lot Size, what I was looking for is an hypothetical "Start Lot Multiplier After". Anyway, seems that MM Type = 2 starts adding by 2nd trade, is it correct?

Here we go, full settings, please notice Use Bar Open Price = false. MM Type = 1, 5 buys at 0.10, as expected MM Type = 2, "Start PSM After Trades" parameter is not considered MM Type = 3, as well MM Type = 4, as well
