The Arrows shows in Chart is Zig-Zag indicator (can find in Google). Looks repaint but No repaint can found here: http://www.pointzero-trading.com/FreeMetatraderDownloads/view/14 but it backpaint
Other indicator is Support and Resistance means it show Pivote, R1, R2 R3 or S1, S2, S3 and can easily find in Google
Another Indicator that move down is Trend Channel Indicator but you can find or download True Trend Indicator
According to my view, Overall, this is custom Indicator and can made by any normal person, nothing special

My friend, please place order after alert and also breakouts. Zoom in where you can read chart clearly
Looks like you read take only shorts but remember not place multiple order the market may move up and then go down so PLease save your Margin.My friend, I also cannot see Black Arrow
Please look at screenshot of my system, it's clear and it has Trend indicator with clear arrow. But I can see whole thing mess in your chart.
