I've read your messages here. What You write makes sense and even more. The EA York 131 was tested by me and it has good results. but what concerns all the next EAs York 131.2 , 131.3 and 131.4. can they do even better? and each of them is better than the previous one? Or no? If Yes, the issue is that they have too many paramemters with ADX to fix. May be you have some info about these ADXs and any other info about Your EA? Thank you.

 

Vixewotot, thank you for your question, I am happy you are reading and grasping my posts, and the connection between them.
Now, as you have paid attention, the upper versions of the EA, produce more results with less white spaces between the result as I have explained in the following post :

But as we all already know, market probabilities should match the probabilities of the settings within the EA, if one wants to know how to actually have the EA input the right parameters automatically by datamining the graph numarically then one would need to use much more complex EAs and no matter how many parameters an EA will have, if they can't be changed in real time, the EA will have less changes to be optimial relative to market dynamics. And Only a trading system that has dynamic properties and automatic settings of parameters, only then the EA will be able to have the advantage to make optimal trading. This is also possible with advance programming platforms like Zorro Trader, which is shared for free.

 

If you want to have more information about the ADX setting, you will have to analyze the results on different markets, and build the rules according to different statistical studies which are possible to perform on the strategy optimizer full data set performed on each currency you want to trade. If you want more information on the whole formulas within the EA, I can share with you more information, but you will need to download Zorro trader, and perform number of optimization results, to understand what those formulas are calculating and how it is related to the points on the graph, and how Zorro Trader can make it easy for you to use complex EAs with much better outcome and profits.

In some market conditions this EA was good like many others. The key is identifying that market conditions what only ET (expert trader) can do meaning using such an EA is unnecessary.
