FANTASTIC pastime toy for kindergarten kids (max 10 years old)

Instructions for Use :::
Recipe :
ROAST PORK
Peel the carrot and cut it into cubes. Also cut the celery stalk and onion into small cubes. Pour 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into a saucepan.
Add the diced vegetables and the loin. Let the loin cook over medium heat on all sides, turning it over after a few minutes of cooking. When it is browned well, add the sprig of rosemary and bay leaves to the saucepan.
Pour a glass of white wine over the roast and cook for 5-6 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pour the hot vegetable broth over the roast. Cover the saucepan with a lid and reduce the heat.
Let the pork roast cook for about 90 minutes over medium heat. Always check that the sauce does not shrink too much, if necessary add more vegetable broth.
When cooked, remove the roast from the casserole, let it cool slightly and then cut it into thin slices.
Add the potato starch to the cooking juices and let it thicken, stirring with a whisk over low heat. Serve the roast pork sprinkling it with the hot sauce.
The Advice of Atsnakaoli :
Roast pork can be kept in a container for one day in the fridge. To heat the sauce, add a few tablespoons of vegetable broth.
