Question Mql4 programmation help

Hi,
i try to devlopt EA using MQL4 language.
and now i would like to add a closse all :
- open buy orders if the market price is under the average price of buy orders after a define number of candles.
- open sell orders if the market price is upper the average price of sell orders after a define number of candles.
and will be re ajust after every new candle.
if someone can help me i'll be happy
