2. vps with latency 9 ms
3. using DAX only with my setfile. Download it on my web,..

that is easy to do,. ok,.. if you get different result, it think you not follow my rule

I have different results with PatrolRoboFX not with ARB one. I downloaded your de30 set file from your website and applied to two different de30 H1 charts.
Do you have set files for eur/usd and gbp/usd too?

pair and setting ea might also influenced on the end result
